1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 44pak platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is strictly limited to one registered 44pak account. If duplicate accounts are identified – whether created intentionally or inadvertently – 44pak will consolidate or close the duplicate accounts and may apply penalties including forfeiture of bonus funds held across any of the accounts involved.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 44pak balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing speeds. 44pak is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 44pak team during operating hours. Standard withdrawal times to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer. 44pak reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing period where necessary.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 44pak does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account that does not match your registered identity will be returned and your account flagged for review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet awards and cashback offers provided by 44pak are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms include wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. 10. Account Suspension and Closure
